It seems all the inorganic materials and the power for propulsion would be this inner sphere. The rest of the wheels are labeled "Weel Ball". Going by the bottom right quadrant, it looks like the center sphere rotates, allowing the cycle rider to quickly change direction. The center is a sphere with a motorcycle in it, with two wheels seen from above and the side.
